Summary

We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager to actively engage prospective and retain/manage existing clients and drive revenue growth.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in closing deals, revenue drive, sales leadership, and strategy development.

Job Responsibilities

Develop and execute sales strategies to meet revenue targets.
Establish, build, and maintain strong relationships at the C-level with key customers and partners
Identify new business opportunities and drive growth.
Analyze sales data and market trends to inform sales strategies
Present, promote, and sell products/services using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers in all sectors.
Achieve sales targets at all times.
Analyze the territory/market’s potential, tracksales, and status reports.
Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services.
Keep a breast of best practices andp romotional trends in the industry.

Requirements, Skills & Qualifications

Must have a minimum of Bachelor’s Degree
7-10 years’ experience with a proven track record in sales and ICT sales.
Proven sales leadership experience.
Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Proven work experience as an Account Manager, Key Account Manager,or Sales Account Manager.
Good knowledge of sales of ICT solutions and the industry.
Good knowledge of the use of CRM tools.
Highly motivated and target-driven with a proven track record in sales.
