Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Contracts Lead III to oversee the administration, stewardship, and performance of service contracts while ensuring contractor compliance with contractual obligations, company standards, and corporate controls. The successful candidate will work closely with Procurement, Operations, and SSHE teams to optimize contractor performance throughout the contract lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

Manage the full contract lifecycle from mobilization through close-out.
Coordinate contractor onboarding, kick-off meetings, and interface management.
Ensure contract documentation and purchase orders are in place before execution.
Monitor contractor compliance with contractual obligations and company requirements.
Maintain contractor tracking databases and contract records.
Coordinate contractor site assessments, competency reviews, and performance evaluations.
Prepare monthly and quarterly contract stewardship and KPI reports.
Facilitate contractor performance review meetings and safety forums.
Support contract owners with contract suspension, termination, and close-out activities.
Collaborate with Procurement, Operations, and SSHE to improve contractor performance and compliance.
Identify contract risks and recommend mitigation measures.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Supply Chain, Procurement, Law, or a related discipline.
Experience in contract administration within industrial, oil & gas, energy, or similar environments.
Good understanding of procurement processes and contract management.
Knowledge of contract terms and commercial administration.
Strong planning, organizational, and stakeholder management skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
Experience working with contractors and multicultural teams is an advantage.
